Our passion for energy efficiency comes from our belief of making buildings better members of society. The built environment is designed to serve the patrons and residents who inhabit these spaces, our experience demonstrates is that this can be done while remaining highly energy efficient.

From our vast experience on green projects, we use an environmental analysis when necessary as a strategic tool to assess the level of opportunity to achieve project goals. In addition with this we provide energy modeling as a predictive performance tool to identify lowest energy consumption solutions, where we model different scenarios and ascertain the financial impact. This is coupled with our financial analysis of a Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) to best determine what and where your smartest investment can be achieved.

The built environment is designed to serve its occupants which is why DMA does a building wellness assessment to put a focus on how to create a healthier space for occupants. We assess beyond just building performance and evaluate how the occupants will inhabit and interact within the space. Here we also provide thermal comfort analysis to see how well a building will perform and the level of comfort the occupants can expect.
