Project Description

A 30,000 square foot K-12 education center.

The existing boiler had failed in less than eight years and there was concern that just reinstalling a new boiler would lead to another failure.  To determine the cause of the boiler failure we evaluated the existing boiler plant and determined that the boiler was not designed to best practices which lead to the failure of the boiler.  The piping needed to modified along with the common venting of the hot water heater and the boiler.
DMA then redesigned the boiler plant and venting allowing the new boiler to operate at it’s maximum efficiency and service life.
