Project Description
The owner wanted to open a “nutrition focused” farm-to-table restaurant in North Boulder in an existing strip mall, and asked DMA Engineering to help navigate the complexities of creating a restaurant in a space that wasn’t originally designed to for that purpose.
DMA coordinated the Type 1 hood and grease trap interceptor requirements, as well as providing full mechanical and hot water design—including domestic hot water requirements for the local health department.
